2.3 All participants listed on the booking are jointly responsible for payment and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.4 Your booking is confirmed only when payment is received and we issue a booking confirmation.

2.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

2.6 You are responsible for reviewing your booking confirmation carefully and notifying us in writing within 7 days of receiving it if there are any errors or omissions.

3. Payments and Installment Plans

3.1 Full payment may be made at the time of booking.

3.2 Installment plans may be available for selected retreats, expeditions, and immersion programs.

3.3 Full balance for Sweden expeditions must be paid no later than 90 days before the trip start date.

3.6 We reserve the right to change pricing, correct errors, or adjust pricing due to currency fluctuations, taxes, transportation costs, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Cancellation by You

4.1 All cancellations must be made in writing by email.

4.2 Your cancellation will become effective on the date we receive your written cancellation request.

4.3 For Sweden expeditions, if you cancel more than 90 days before the trip start date, you will receive a refund of 70% of the total amount paid. The remaining 30% is non-refundable.

4.4 If you cancel a Sweden expedition 90 days or less before the trip start date, no refund will be issued.

4.5 For Maine-based courses, retreats, and experiences, no refunds are guaranteed. At Maine Primitive’s discretion, payments may be transferred as credit toward another Maine Primitive course within 12 months of the original course date if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before the scheduled start date.

4.6 Credit may only be applied to Maine-based Maine Primitive experiences and may not be applied to Sweden expeditions, private instruction, immersion programs, gift certificates, or third-party hosted events unless agreed in writing.

4.7 Any transferred credit retains the original booking date for the purposes of cancellation deadlines and payment schedules.
